NC20: you know, the successor to Samsung's NC10 netbook? Well, here are the specs.
1.3GHz VIA Nano U225 CPU (sorry Intel fans)
12.1-inch WXGA display (1,280 x 800)
VIA Chrome 9 HC3 graphics
a multicard reader
Ethernet / USB 2.0 ports
optional WiFi / Bluetooth
choice of HDD or SSD
for a rumored price of $500. Not too bad really.
And we know it's real because it's actually on Samsung's website .
More shots (thanks to NotebookItalia ):
What we can comment at the moment is the graphics: Chrome 9 is similar to the graphics chip content in HP Mini Note 2133, and therefore almost equivalentead Intel GMA 950. The VX800 chipset was officially launched in April 2008 and you can find the technical characteristics of this article. Compared with Netbook NC10, NC20 maintain the same touchpad, but the card reader changes its position and move from side to sinitro front, under the status indicators.
